fear no terror by nightI woke up again  i could almost taste the black creature  which deceives my eyes  with binding light i send out my call  my piercing eye penetrates its hollow void  the void calls forth beckoning my pointed nature  unaware i open my eyes and stop screaming  but all the while my mouth has remained silent  my forehead ripples the cool air  i dare myself to stand in the defiance of this darkness  but i grasp the covers with my childish fears  sometimes i cant bear it  awake with the fury of that night  ushered under its robe by the chill  i confide to it in silence  struc fear no terror by night

i shot you down once  
it bubbled when i foamed at the mouth    that fucking unrelenting stampede of emotions screaming to echo the serenity at the sighing of the ageless  emmerging hollow from the temple doors  
corpses burning while floating through the castle air  
unwilling to give up what they had    now their ashes give up all for them  hear the phoenix lamentous cry  knowing that nothing will rise from the ash  
rain clots the dirt soaked hair  
led on by the crisp scent of death profound  
much can be learned by the persistence that there is no inno ash

drift into decaysadness encompassing  
blackness gives way to darkness  
and life gives way  floating like driftwood  forever stuck between sea and sky  neither one forever embracing  each one waiting to say goodbye  a young boy finds me adrift  mounts me between his legs and uses his arms as a paddle  swims with me to exhaustion  waves carry me onto the sand  people sit on me round a campfire  they sing songs and make merry  away my thoughts carry me  to a day when i was full grown  my branches blew in the wind  staring off as the sunset relfects on the water  and leaves th drift into decay
